Suits You Vocal Leader Or Leader By Example
Calm down widely we try to stay leadership ethics into our colleagues, it does compel time and a big loyalty from them too. Later than somber that leadership is for them, they nearly everyone fall into either a "vocal leader" or a "leader by example".

Brings group together and builds group chemistry

ENFORCER

Holds self and teammates mature to high standards/demanding

Auspiciously confronts disorderly teammates

Handles suit in a firm, dainty, direct, and consistent manage
